Marianne has been practicing yoga for 20 years and is RYT200 hr. with ISTHA and holds a PhD in Systems Engineering. She has been supporting organizations and people in incorporating sustainability principles into their routines for 30 years and believes strongly that sustainability starts within each of us. As we learn to appreciate and care for ourselves, our capacity to care for others and our environment increases. Her classes offer opportunities for students to make the class their own with options for poses and time to experience each posture to achieve the maximum benefit for your body and mind.
