I’ve noticed something over the years. Almost no one signs up for my Sound Healing Training because they woke up one day and said, “I want to learn to play crystal bowls.”

That’s rarely the story.

Instead, life starts leaving breadcrumbs. A sound bath that stays with them long after it’s over.

A feeling they can’t explain.

Crystal bowls that keep showing up everywhere they turn.

They try to make sense of it, but sometimes there isn’t anything to make sense of. There is only something inside of you asking to be explored.

I’ve learned NOT to dismiss those quiet nudges.

Some of the most life-changing decisions I’ve ever made didn’t make logical sense at first. They just felt true.

This training isn’t just about learning an instrument. Yes, you’ll understand the science of sound, learn how to work with frequency, and gain the confidence to share it with others. But underneath all of that is something much deeper. It’s about learning to trust yourself enough to follow what keeps calling you.

I’ve watched women arrive thinking they were coming to learn sound healing. They leave realizing they remembered a part of themselves they had forgotten.
