About the event

This class is designed to facilitate the release of physical and mental tension, and to restore balance. We will begin with seasonally inspired gentle movement to open up areas of tightness, and the second half of class will include restorative poses supported by soft props to allow your body and mind to reset in a supportive and nurturing environment.
This class is for all levels, and no prior yoga experience is necessary. Have 2-3 firm bed pillows, a couple of blankets, a belt or strap and blocks or sturdy shoe boxes in lieu of yoga props. Set up a calming candle or diffuser for a spa like experience.
