AUGUST 13-18, 2026
📍Village Yoga Sedona
6657 State Route 179 Suite C-1 Sedona, AZ 86351
Our Story
This specialty training serves to introduce and deepen one’s experience and
understanding of the transformational yoga practices of Kriya and Kundalini. Over six
immersive days, students will explore not only how to practice, but why specific kriyas
are used—cultivating discernment, authenticity, and confidence in personal and
professional application.
This immersion is an invitation to deepen your practice, turn inward and reconnect with
the evolutionary power of kundalini experienced through kriya. Whether you are here to
teach or simply to transform, this container is designed to support authentic expression
rooted in yogic wisdom and integrity.
We will also delve into understanding of the subtle anatomy systems and also touch on
the importance of the Yamas and Niyamas as off-the-mat yoga practices. We’ll explore
the relationship between kundalini energy and healing and how intentional kriya
practices can support nervous system regulation, inner transformation, refinement of the
mind and aide in the activation of one’s own inner light.
